About Project:
Manually assembling weekly marketing performance reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is both tedious and error-prone — yet most marketing teams rely on these reports to make fast decisions. We developed a fully automated Marketing Report Assistant to solve this problem and ensure consistent, actionable reporting without manual effort.
Every 7 days, the automation triggers automatically and pulls the latest data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. For each data source, it performs structured summarization for both the current period and the same period of the previous year — enabling direct comparisons and trend insights.
The system leverages OpenAI to format the report content clearly and conversationally. It then posts the final report to Slack, keeping the entire team updated in real time. The same report can also be sent via email for wider visibility.
This automation ensures that leadership and marketing teams always have fresh insights at their fingertips — helping them focus on action rather than report generation.
