In a fast-moving FMCG environment, timely insights drive performance. Every week, KBBL’s data and sales teams prepared for strategy meetings by manually analyzing sales data from over 70 distributors. This involved reviewing performance trends, identifying SKU-level anomalies, tracking competitor activity, and preparing probing questions for the sales force. The manual nature of this work delayed insights, introduced inconsistency, and consumed valuable hours that could otherwise be spent on action.

To streamline this process, we developed an AI automation system using n8n, Google Sheets, and a custom LLM chain (OpenAI + Gemini). This intelligent pipeline ingests weekly distributor sales data, processes it with AI, and automatically generates sharp, business-ready questions grouped by territory and distributor. These questions spotlight growth opportunities, flag underperformance, and equip sales leaders with tactical talking points — all without manual effort.

The result: sales leadership walks into meetings prepared with dynamic, AI-generated insights — transforming how performance is discussed, addressed, and improved across the company.
