Reddit is one of the richest online sources of emerging consumer trends, frustrations, and unmet needs — but manually scanning Reddit threads for insights is time-consuming and inconsistent. To streamline this, we built an intelligent Business Idea Discovery Automation that leverages AI to extract structured opportunities from Reddit discussions.

The process starts with a simple trigger: the user sends a keyword via Telegram. The automation then retrieves highly-engaged posts on Reddit relevant to that keyword, using advanced filters for relevance and engagement. The posts are passed through an OpenAI analysis layer, where content is summarized, analyzed for underserved customer demands, and processed to propose possible solutions.

Finally, the AI-generated insights are written to Google Sheets — providing the client with an actionable stream of new business ideas, ready for review and prioritization.
